The General Plan Technical Background Report (TBR) provides context on relevant planning issues and priorities to frame the opportunities and challenges to be addressed through the General Plan Update. Drawing on publicly available data sources, it is organized into nine chapters that document trends and conditions in Camarillo, each including maps, narrative text, and tables. At the end of each chapter, there is a bulleted summary of key findings for ease of reference.
The TBR sets the foundation for the General Plan Update and will be referenced later in the process when developing goals and policies and completing environmental review. Community members are invited to explore the content. Comments or questions can be submitted via the Contact Us page.
